Indeed!  There are so many times in my life when I find myself overcome by either love, loss, stress, or frustration.  My mental chatter, trying to make sense of my emotions, gets so loud that I feel an overwhelming sense of urgency to take action.  During those times, I wish I had read this sign, it would have helped me stop, take a deep breath, regroup, tell myself that it will all be ok because I am in control.
